By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the th16 platform available at th16.cam (hereinafter referred to as "th16," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "the Player," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the th16 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services provided by th16, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and all promotional activities conducted on or through the Platform. These Terms supersede and replace any prior representations, discussions, undertakings, or communications made verbally or in writing in connection with your use of th16.

th16 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of th16 following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on th16, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of th16 or any of its affiliate companies, partner game providers, or payment processors;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through th16's own responsible gaming tools or through any external gambling exclusion registry;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not have a previously terminated th16 account that was closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

th16 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys ID), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine Passport, and Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

To access real-money games and services on th16, you are required to register for an account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. th16 reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration through independent third-party verification services.

You acknowledge and agree to the following account registration conditions:

• One Account Only: Each individual is strictly permitted to hold one (1) th16 account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods or device credentials — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved;
• Accurate Information: All personal information provided at registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address, must be accurate and match your government-issued identification documents;
• KYC Completion: th16 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation requested by th16 for this purpose within a reasonable time;
• Account Non-Transferability: Your th16 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to access or use your account;
• No Corporate or Group Accounts: Accounts may only be registered in the name of a natural person. Registering an account on behalf of a company, organization, group, or any non-individual entity is not permitted.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your th16 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to you via SMS. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

th16 will never ask you to disclose your password — by email, by SMS, by live chat, or by any other means. Any communication purporting to be from th16 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to th16 support immediately.

You agree to:

• Notify th16 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of account security;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account where the feature is available;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

th16 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• GCash (instant processing)
• Maya / PayMaya (instant processing)
• GrabPay (instant processing)
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking
• InstaPay (available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays)
• PESONet bank transfers

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. th16 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Third-party deposits may be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing fees. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. th16 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

th16 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that exceed certain thresholds, or that appear inconsistent with your normal activity patterns on the Platform, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawals from your th16 account are subject to the successful completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. th16 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.

Key withdrawal conditions include:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100;
• th16 does not charge withdrawal fees; the full amount requested will be transferred to your nominated account;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval, available 24/7;
• Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 3:00 PM on a Philippine business day are typically processed same-day;
• th16 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that appear inconsistent with account activity;
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where th16 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms prior to becoming withdrawable.

th16 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General conditions that apply to all th16 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts;
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, or shared device;
• th16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, and to require the return of any bonus granted under erroneous circumstances;
• th16 reserves the right to disqualify players from promotions if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting system errors, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes;
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the specified period and credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirements unless specified otherwise.

All games available on the th16 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in real time and are subject to the same audit and certification standards.

By participating in any game on th16, you acknowledge that the outcome of all games is determined by chance alone. th16 does not and cannot influence game outcomes in any way. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within individual game information panels.

In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of any game, the records maintained by th16's server-side logging systems shall be the authoritative reference. Manual errors, display errors, or software malfunctions that produce an erroneous game result do not create valid winning bets. th16 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or technical fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on th16 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using th16 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward th16 staff or other players;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

th16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to respond to communications from th16 regarding account verification or compliance matters;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at th16's discretion where the termination results from a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed by the player or by th16 for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player using their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

th16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing the tools necessary for players to manage their gambling activity. th16 offers the following responsible gaming features to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts, which take effect immediately;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session length notifications to alert them when they have been playing for a defined period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose over a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Players may opt into periodic on-screen reminders showing elapsed play time and net session activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform via their account settings or by contacting th16 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

All content on the th16 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of th16 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the th16 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content from th16 without the prior written consent of th16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, th16, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the th16 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, telecommunications outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond th16's reasonable control;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider downtime or maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any decision made by th16 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or withdrawal review.

th16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your th16 account at the time the claim arose.

th16 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the th16 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

th16 is committed to protecting your personal information and will only use it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which include account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations under Philippine law, including Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) and data privacy requirements under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

th16 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, th16 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, th16 will also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of the th16 Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact th16 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. th16 will endeavor to resolve all player disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint through the customer support channel.
